Camera and Motion sensor to turn the display on or off

Add Motion sensor or camera feature to turn the display on off.
If display is equipped with internal camera  or external motion sensor is connected then it can also be used to turn the display on when people stare at the screen. otherwise off or it turns to screen saver mode.

the setup is possible by either using Events or the IFTTT component. either would require an enterprise subscription.
