Weather component gone? Only world weather available and not functioning

I noticed the Weather component is gone? Only the world weather component is available and not functioning. It works on the player but once it's synced and changes are updated, the other stations I have don't play anything. Can't even rebuild the scene since the weather option in properties is also gone.

I have the same problem!
I have the latest version, that's where all problems started 
The program isn't working smoothly anymore.
