Newbie - menu background. need to add text field for prices

Moderators, I have uploaded a screenshot of the set-up in the CMS. My apologies if I am in breach of any rules 

Hi, I am new to digital signage.com but have used other CMS.

My client needs a menu.

I have added a background with the menu but would like to add a text field on top of the image so that client can simply click on the text field and change the price.

What is the best way to do this?

You need to create two channels.. One channel will have background.. Another channel will have Text component.

This is how I would do it.
Create scene same as screen resolution say 1920x1080
Add Image as background and resize it to 1920x1080
Use mixture of Label component and Rich Text create Menu over the Background image.
Save it
Go to campaign and add the Scene to channel.
Done.
Next time you or your client needs to edit any text, all they have to do is go to Scenes and edit text and save.
