Scene size vs Screen Division size?

Howdy,

I created a screen that is 1920 x 1080.  I then divided it in 3 part so the right part is 380 x 860.  Tall and Skinny.  I wanted to put some weather information in that area.

I then created a Scene and set the Scene Size also to 380 x 860.  This made the checkboard area change to be tall and skinny.  I then setup my stuff to fit in the checkboard area.  However, when I dropped it on my timeline and ran it the stuff is way off the screen and doesn't fit hardly at all.

Is there a reason this is happened?  I want the Scene size to reflect the actual size so when I'm designing the layout I'm working in the actual space it will be displayed in.  Not sure if I did something wrong or what.

Basing it on the info you have given us, everything looks correct. Our only suspect is, what resolution your player is running on. Make sure it is also 1920x1080 or you will have scaling issues. It would be best to have Live support: http://chat.digitalsignage.com take a look at all your campaign settings and player settings to be able to determine what went wrong.

I was actually just playing it from within the editor on my own computer.  Maybe that caused it to not show up properly but my resolution is at least as high as what I had it set to.

I'll take another look tomorrow.

Best to run it on an actual player with matching campaign resolution.

This is working fine.  I was just playing the preview within the editor and figured it would scale things to fit the window but it didn't.  Once I watched it on an actual screen it worked fine.
