Last image in loop sticks for a long time
« on: October 10, 2014, 02:40:51 AM »
In one of my campaign time-lines, the last image in the sequence can get stuck for a couple of minutes at a time. Even when setting it to a couple of seconds.

The output time bars aren't expanded to any more time than each image side by side.

I'm on version 4.11.27 of SignageStudio under windows Server 2008 R2, and all media player pc's are windows 7.

Thanks!

Most probably the duration of your timeline is longer than the total time of the resources assigned to your channel.  check the channel properties and set it to repeat to fit or set the duration to the same length as the items in your channel.

I've started to see this on a few screens i have.. Instead of the loop and back into the start of the channel it usually appears black or straight into the channel image - instead the background from the last image shown is displayed instead of black.. it looks pretty bad. My timelines haven;t changed for a few months now and it's just started appearing within the last few weeks.  :-\

It's also something i see too when stopping the player, the picture stays in the background instead of the background going black and the player connection box on top like it used too.. there is something definitely going on.
