Multiple Select in Timeline

Wouldn't it be really great if you could multiple select items on a channel within the timeline.  If you have a resource towards the front of your timeline and you want to add a longer resource in its place, you have to move every item to the right of it individually in order to insert the new resource.

Yes, we are very aware of the limitations of the GUI in the Studio.
By the end of this year we will pause development on the Player (we are releasing a ton of stuff this year) and will focus back on the Studio which will include system wide copy / cut / paste. Move between businesses, Multi select, Studio themes and MUCH more.

We can't wait either
