Facebook Component
« on: September 26, 2012, 09:15:42 AM »
Hi.  Does the Facebook component only work with a physical station set up?  It does not appear to work with the preview in external browser, web player link or signage player embedded.  Is this a bug and something that will be fixed?

Thanks

The FB component is only working in my timeline preview but not on my actual physical player.  Any ideas?  I can access the Internet, remote access the player computer and make changes from the studio desktop but still the FB component will not play.

Yes, I'm using studio desktop v4.0.77 with a physical station player and latest player version.

I tested on my end and seem to work fine.
Please try and clear cache and also be sure to allow FW access for the device.
If it fails, speak to Live chat so they can try as well with your account info.
