Player on Android

Hello.
After many viewed solutions for digital signage, I see in yours solution exactly what I need.
Desktop Studio is great.
But your player makes me disappointed. i have 2 Android platforms and in both it not woking - cant start ( with error )!

Try to use a simple show that works with only a slide or two, and build from there to isolate error. I can get it to work on Galaxy tab2 10.1. What do you use, and what is the error?

error:  air.me.signage.playmobile
i believe that the problem in adobe air.
