Report bugs and errors / Error when launch V.6 signage player android

I have this error when try to start signage player.

  onlOError: error: 2032

We tried, close the signage player, reinstall the signage player, shutdown the device without success. (worked until today)

I understand that ... I will try to explain better what I wanted.

We have many clients, we enter to a client account and there let's says we have 800 devices.

We want to report all data from all those 800 devices without enter one by one.
(export data from all devices in one click or maybe a filter before export like what parameters to export , everytime from all stations not one by one)

We get a black screen after a campaign with adnet package finish his time capture.

Just after we expand the time on the package the video comes back again.

Please fix this.

"if not conection do this, else" (configure time requests and more)

SignageStudio / Export reports from Adnet

Hi, I'm tring to export reports from Adnet and I don't see any option to export All Stations with contents played and hours.

By now I have to enter station by station to export the content played and time on that specific station.

How can I export all stations with all contents played?

You can try this with your own device also, I tested with mediadroix one device of yours and also happen this issue.

To replicate this issue, Do this:

Connect mediadroix device to a router with SIM card but with no data plan. (connected via wifi or cable doesn't matter)

Now restart the device and you will see that the message "checking internet connection will be forever."


Is very urgent for us to have this issue fiexed.

Could you explain a little more detailed.

We want users to press the language flag to automatically change language, because right now redirect to your servers.

This bug is related to all kind of devices who are connected via wifi or cable to a ROUTER WITH SIM CARD.
When sim card is empty the device still think is connected to internet because detects connection between android device and router, but if there is no data plan on the sim card, here begin the looping problem of "checking internet connection".

I copy and paste again what the ideal solution would be.

The fix / suggest to fix it:

The Ideal mode: Just after signage player started should play the cache campaign, (no matter if have internet or not)
In background should check internet connection without showing the message , if internet is ok then download changes,campaigns or whatever. if not still play cache campaign.

Also if detects internet but the "checking connnection" take to long (1 min.) should play the campaign from cache.

I suggest to limit checking connection to 1 min. (no matter if founds internet or not) after 1 min cheking connection without success getting real internet should play cache campaign.


We need it asap because we have to many clients with limited data plan sim.
Let me know when will be fixed this BUG.

Have you tried ?  because mp4 with codec h264 is "working", but is no stable. I mean after 2 days or maybe 3 goes black and stuck like that.
The only file that works right now is FLV tested 1 month without going black screen. but the quality sucks.

Pd:. The version 6 still not working for me.

We have studio pro for us the admins, but our clients use studiolite to manage campaigns from ipads via webview, so they need to have the option to change only one station without affect the other ones.

We use Studio Lite for free users to commercials can manage their territory.
But if the territory have 50 stations and only need to change one.. avery time it restarts all the stations .

What are the steps to change only one stations without affect the other ones?

Hi,
We installed StudioLite on our server and we find this issue with language. When we change "local-selector.ts" to redirect to our server. It doesn't work.
How we can redirect successfully ? because right now StudioLite when we press another language it loads a page blank.

Hi, you can see here the live chat conversation. how they recommend me to post it also on forum.
We need urgent a fix for this. we have many devices out there with this problem.

Hi, yesterday I talked with Joe J on live chat and he said to also post it on forums.

Is verry urgent to fix it because we have more than 2000 devices with this problem.

The problem:

Signage Player get stucked with message "checking connection" everytime our data plan of the SIM Card is empty.

Doesn't matter if the our Android Minix is connected via wifi or cable, always get stucked.

The signage player should play the campaign from video cache if there is no internet connection.
The problem here is that signage player detects that is connected via wifi or cable and thinks it have internet,
but this is not true because can be connected to router but the SIM card can be empty so here comes the looping of "checking connection"

The fix / suggest to fix it:
