chexk either the screen as it may be bad, or the video card on the player could be bad. 1st I would check that the input selection is correct on the screen and if that is not working still, try a different screen or input.

I also found out today that World Weather does not work with the Mac players. Also if you can add the City as well so it will automatically populate the screen so I don't have to make a sceen for each city done and also allow for the full name of the day for when we do not want to us abbreviations. Thanks.

I am not in Canada so I do not know about the accuracy. It seems fine here in the US. I hope it is anyway. My concern is that for some reason, my Players are showing a black screen when I have it running world weather. The preview works fine though. Not sure what is going on. Other slides work fine.

Am I missing it, or is there no way to get the full name of the Days of the week? All I can get is Sun for Sunday and so forth. I want it to have the full name.

Have noticed on one screen that a popup box requesting to log in to weather.yahooapis.com. Has anyone seen this. Only one player is asking for this.

If you are using Windows players, then why not simply remote into the player and make the changes.

Have you tried this:
Go to PC settings from the charms menu, select ease of access, and then keyboard. You'll find a setting called "Filter Keys" where the option is OFF by default. Turning it ON will ignore brief repeated keystrokes AND disable the physical windows key.

Then scree capture software is the best bet for you Greg. I recommend Cantasia Studio to build the professional content you require. This will allow you to also edit it and annotate it to show/point out the features to your clients.

@gchambers - look at he post we just responded to. http://script.digitalsignage.com/forum/index.php?topic=6089.new#new. if you really need to go the route of a video, then use a screen capture program. If you are on a mac, Quicktime will do this for free. otherwise there are lots to choose from that are really good at both quality and compression.

I was getting ready to say the same thing Anoop. The reason why several of my recent clients have hired me was because they were doing just that, playing looping videos. The content changed constantly and they tired of building new videos all of the time.The entire point of digital signage is that it is dynamic. @gchambers if your content will not work offline for some reason with MS software, then you may want to take a look at SCALA. Most content will cache just fine with MS. Let us know what content you are trying to display offline and why you are having trouble.
