List below are important key points in the Port of Los Angeles RFP.
The duration of the contract awarded as a result of this RFP is expected to be one year from the date of execution of the agreement
eleven existing monitors connected to the Los Angeles Harbor Department network
Prior to being awarded a contract with the Harbor Department, all consultants and subconsultants must be registered on the City’s Contracts Management and Opportunities Database, Los Angeles Business Assistance Virtual Network (LABAVN), at labavn.org.
In the event the Consultant falsifies or misrepresents information contained in any form or other willful noncompliance as determined by City, City may disqualify the Consultant from participation in City contracts for a period of up to five (5) years
All firms and individuals that do business with the City of Los Angeles will be required to provide a BTRC (Business Tax Registration Certificate) number or an exemption number as proof of compliance with Los Angeles City business tax requirements in order to receive payment for goods or services.

§  One (1) original with four (4) copies and one (1) digital copy of your proposal must be submitted on or before 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2015

Calling all Enterprise Resellers. We're looking for UK and EU-based resellers familiar with our products to be willing to act as our distributors for locations in the UK and Europe at large. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Someone willing to buy and hold a minimum of up to $5K USD worth of product at any given time and be willing to restock and or increase the value of the inventory as levels drop and as demand spikes.
  • Act as a partner in helping with some of the RMAs and issues on a more local level (with our support and assistance from the US).

Here's how we're planning on helping:

  • In less than three months, we'll be expanding our ad campaigns to the UK and then across Europe, allowing for the distributor to have increased sales and greater profits.
  • Discounts on the retail prices to help with import duty, VAT taxes and also provide margins for the company willing to distribute the products. We ultimately want to provide the products for the same or similar prices to our European customers as we do for those in the US so as to help further fuel demand.
  • You're address will be listed on our website as our location in the UK/EU

We're looking for help to complete a bid which is due by 2/14/2014 (10 days from now). We are asking all local resellers in Ontario--or nearby--who can assist us in drafting and completing this RFP to respond to this post. We would prefer a reseller with substantive experience in installations and screen management.
