Report bugs and errors / Restarting Station Unreliable

Hi,

Is anyone else having issues restarting the stations? it seems to work fine first few times but as time goes on it seems to be hit and miss, sometimes it will restart and other times it just shuts off and I have to remote login to the computer and actually double click on the signage player to relaunch it. this is really annoying and some help would be greatly appreciated, perhaps I am doing something wrong?

New features and suggestions / Shared Resources for Resellers

Hi,

Wouldn't it be great if there was an option that would allow me to share resources between certain reseller accounts that I have created. For example if i want to play the same 5 videos in 10 different premises where media signage is running I currently have to upload those videos in every location and it adds hours onto the installation time. If I was able to say 'share with account "abcd1", "abcd2", "abcd3", ect it would cut down in the need for me to re-upload in every location and it would also avoid having the same video stored in your cloud 10 times. To me it makes perfect sense.
