Report bugs and errors / Error when launch V.6 signage player android

I have this error when try to start signage player.

  onlOError: error: 2032

We tried, close the signage player, reinstall the signage player, shutdown the device without success. (worked until today)

Report bugs and errors / Black screen after adnet finish time capture

We get a black screen after a campaign with adnet package finish his time capture.

Just after we expand the time on the package the video comes back again.

Please fix this.

"if not conection do this, else" (configure time requests and more)

SignageStudio / Export reports from Adnet

Hi, I'm tring to export reports from Adnet and I don't see any option to export All Stations with contents played and hours.

By now I have to enter station by station to export the content played and time on that specific station.

How can I export all stations with all contents played?

Open source Digital Signage / Redirect language on Studiolite

Hi,
We installed StudioLite on our server and we find this issue with language. When we change "local-selector.ts" to redirect to our server. It doesn't work.
How we can redirect successfully ? because right now StudioLite when we press another language it loads a page blank.

Hi, yesterday I talked with Joe J on live chat and he said to also post it on forums.

Is verry urgent to fix it because we have more than 2000 devices with this problem.

The problem:

Signage Player get stucked with message "checking connection" everytime our data plan of the SIM Card is empty.

Doesn't matter if the our Android Minix is connected via wifi or cable, always get stucked.

The signage player should play the campaign from video cache if there is no internet connection.
The problem here is that signage player detects that is connected via wifi or cable and thinks it have internet,
but this is not true because can be connected to router but the SIM card can be empty so here comes the looping of "checking connection"

The fix / suggest to fix it:

The Ideal mode: Just after signage player started should play the cache campaign, (no matter if have internet or not)
In background should check internet connection without showing the message , if internet is ok then download changes,campaigns or whatever. if not still play cache campaign.


Also if detects internet but the "checking connnection" take to long (1 min.) should play the campaign from cache.


I suggest to limit checking connection to 1 min. (no matter if founds internet or not) after 1 min cheking connection without success get real internet should play cache campaign.

- Minix X7
- Minix X7 Mini

Routers -> Huawei CPE B593

SignagePlayer / Video formats and codecs + screen capture

Please for the new version 6.0. VERY IMPORTANT!!!

Could you bring back compatibility with codec like H264 , X264 ?
And also formats acepted like .mp4 or .m4v .mov etc.

The only format with codec that works right now is .flv with codec sorenson spark pro.

All other formats after time goes black screen and screencapture don't work.

We need to have this feature asap, screencapture for an .mp4 with codec H264. (from studio lite)

Hi,
I will like to refresh my memory or at least to be sure that what I think it is, is true.

1. Connection
 - Red Disconected (or without internet connection)
 - Green (devices have connection with signage studio)

2. Station (the name station, obvious)
3. OS ( the operating system, obvious)
4. Version ( signage player version installed on device)

5. Last update ( last received connection of the device )

6. Last status  (last status received when had connection)
 - Playng
 - rebooting
 - stopped

7. Last Camera test (N/A, I think if the android have a webcam connected shows or not the test of it)
8. Airversion ( version of a component requiered to run signage player )
9. start ( when the station started the campaign or maybe when started the signage player)
10. Running (how much time is online the station or maybe the campaign)

11. Current Memory ( don't know what is this and if this is important)
12. Peak Memory  ( don't know what is this and if this is important)

13. ID ( id created automatically when a station is registered )

Hi, I will like to know where can I have access to studiolite, studio pro and everything related to the new comming version 6.0.

We want to try it with all our different devices and and test it before upgrade.
