I am unsure if the idea outlined below is an actual feature or not.

Could there be a way to report on things such as timelines, sequence lists, campaigns, scenes, etc?

There are times I would like to update or move content between campaigns and the list is so long, I end up scrolling and verifying if it's available where I need it. It would be handy if there were a way to dump the configuration to a CSV or XLS file, or even an XML file so we can view assets in a tree view. Having one sheet with campaign sequences and such would be good for "at a glance" verifying and planning.

Is this a strange request? Are there others out there that have dozens of timelines and regularly shuffle things around?

SignageStudio / Twitter help
« on: August 03, 2016, 08:46:44 AM »
Hi All,
I must be doing something wrong or I dont know the secret handshake or something.

I have created a scene and added Twitter just as the video tutorial instructed. It is showing one item and after an interval, the next item displays. What I need is for the scene to show the latest 6 tweets in a list, pretty much the same form as seen on the twitter site. Like the RSS component does with RSS feeds, a list.

Does anyone have any tips to make this happen?

New features and suggestions / Stations grid - column addition
« on: July 27, 2016, 01:57:46 PM »
Thanks for an awesome platform. It's the best money I've ever spent.

I have a question or feature request. Is it possible to change the column named LastCameraTest to AssignedCampaign ? The camera test seems to me to be the least useful and I could benefit from seeing at a glance which campaign is actually running.

Or is there a way to select which columns appear?

SignageStudio / Can't seem to get PDF's working
« on: March 24, 2016, 01:45:15 PM »
I'm pretty good at understanding the concepts and reading all the documentation, but I am at a loss as to why I am not able to display PDF documents. I am using the latest versions of studio and player. I have used several different PDF's. I have loaded them to the cloud, and also hosted them myself as an external resource. No luck.

A strange experiment, knowing that you need a powerpoint viewer for PPT's, I decided to load acrobat reader on the player. It actually displays every PDF but in a program window as if you opened acrobat reader. I know this is not the way it should be done but it's the only success I've had.

I could really use the PDF ability. I have a lot of PDF docs to display and converting them to PNG or any other image format really wrecks the text. Even went as far as a PDF to SWF converter. It worked but this is a step of last resort right now.

Does anybody know any tips on displaying PDF files?
