Report bugs and errors / Digital Player not updating

When i make an alteration to some text on the online signage studio, i click save/upload, make sure that restart stations with changes is checked and press ok. The player will then restart, but the text will not have changed on the player. I then re-open the rich text box on signage studio and it has changed but players have not. As soon as i log into signage studio, the first time i update it works, but from then on i get this same problem. Please help...
