SignageStudio / JSON/GDrive refresh frequency

Any updates or alternatives to setting the refresh frequency when pulling content from GDrive?  I've seen a couple comments on this, but no specific solution to throttling bandwidth or setting the frequency of updates.  For a current application, 3 or 4 updates per day would be sufficient.  thanks!

SignagePlayer / Signage Player continually restarts - now error in reinstall

On a couple of media players, the Signage Player got stuck in a loop... restarting after about 10-15 seconds.  Uninstalled everything (Media Player, Air, deleted c:\users\<login>\AppData\Roaming\*MediaSignage*), and tried to reinstall Signage Player (Air 3.3, Player 4.0.100).  Now getting a black box error... "Sorry, an error has occured.  This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured.  Please contact the application author for assistance. [Close]"

Win7.  The players and presentation have been running for months with no problems (or changes.)  Not sure what changed... maybe Windows update?

SignageStudio / SignageStudio firewall issue

A client on a "secure" network recently installed Signage Studio.  The admin can login and run with no problem.  The client (with their login) cannot get SignageStudio to connect.  Since the program does launch, it seems like it might be a firewall issue.  Is there a "minimum" set of firewall permissions to allow Signage Studio to connect to the host site? Thanks.

Just started getting this today... earlier in the day everything was working fine.  Existing references on the forum haven't helped.  Same issue on multiple computers, multiple networks, and the web version.  Win 7, version 2 of Signage Studio.

SignageStudio / Weather Scene - display abbreviated day name

Using Weather scene 22, and having a small problem displaying the Day name.  I really need an option to display the 3-letter abbreviation of the Day.  I know this is a minor issue, but the client is REALLY complaining about it!  Sometimes Friday shows as "Frid", etc.  I don't have enough room to display the entire Day name, and trying to shorten the field to show only the first 3 letters is not consistent for all Days.  Any solution?  Thanks.

SignagePlayer / Kiosk/SWF - Touch Screen not active

Trying to get a FlyPaper SWF working on a touch screen.  If I play the SWF in IE, then touch screen (and mouse) control works fine, but when I play the same SWF with the Signage Player neither touch screen nor mouse will control the content.  There is only the one SWF in the timeline, and Kiosk mode is enabled.

Is it possible to use the AVerMedia AVerTV Hybrid Volar MAX (USB) as a live video feed rather than the PCI-E card?  If so, how do you control the audio if you only have the RG6 cable for connection (for both video and audio)?

Are you aware of any example reseller agreements/contracts that resellers are using with their customers, (beyond the EULA)?  Looking to include such items as: additional limits of liability, contract terms, scope of additional services to be provided, SLA's, etc.  Any examples of what others are using would be helpful, (even though the business model might be different.)
