We have an installed system from a local vendor. We have come up against a Windows log on screen that they will not disable nor provide the password for. This has been going on for a couple of months and I need a new full-service technical/hardware vendor to get this up and running. There's always the possibility for additional work as the organization expands into new facilities.

Our current vendor will not resolve our technical issues and we need to replace them. Please contact me if you are able to help or advise.
