if the intent is to have 3 screens with all different content as most menus do, you can also arrange your screen so that you have 2 at the top and 1 at the bottom all in1920x1080 resolution in screen type and in windows settings - they can then be arranged physically in any manner you want.

if however your intent is to use the screens as one continuous division for videos for example, then you do indeed need them arranged horizontally which will at times go beyond 4096x4096 resolution which we currently cannot accommodate.

we do have plans to extend the limit to 8k but the devs are focused on addressing other issues in our existing core features thus we would like to ask for your patience.  we will have more info on this in the coming months.

we consider android devices to be entry level devices - can work well for simple campaigns that ay consist of images, short video clips, simple components such as weather or new feed.  Windows units are more robust and more capable of more complex campaigns.  also due to platform differences, there are features that's only available on android players

the minimum specs for windows unit:
Processor: Core i3
Memory: 2gb RAM min; 4gb recommended
Storage: 32gb Storage minimum

the minimum specs for android unit:
Processor: Cortex A17 Quad Core
Memory: 2gb RAM
Storage: 4gb Storage

to create your own, simply create a scene - for each data item, drag the component called Stock Item onto the scene and then set its field i.e. Symbol, Opening Index, Change and % Change

since we do not see your image, can you clarify what you have on your channel.  for example, what is your timeline duration, on the channel with adnet, what is your adnet component's duration, and what other items do you have on said channel.

there is a way indeed to have adnet play an ad item only once every rotation however we also need to know what comprises one rotation.

the tech support whom you have worked with was able to replicate the issue and had already reported this to our dev team.  unfortunately, we cannot give you an estimate on how soon this can be fixed as the devs are also working on other fixes that would be part of the next release.  we would therefore recommend that for the meantime to consider the workarounds recommended i.e. having a the same number of XML entried with the description field containing blank and the image field point to a transparent image by default which seems to be easier to do programatically. this would be better than having the player cleared of its cache via studio's Clear Caching function as this would require manual intervention.

we have asked our devs to look into this for consideration.  the limit was set to 60secs based on industry average for paid ads - as of this writing, there seems to be only a few users who have ads going beyond 60seconds.

if the intent is only to monitor proof of play, as mentioned by Sherwin in his earlier reply, you can go beyond 60seconds with Ad Assets and the system will be able to monitor this even it is still set to 60  in the Ad Package - reporting however will reflect the actual duration.

it looks like your account is either a billing account or a dormant account whose data had been removed.  you will therefore need to create a new studio account.  if you wish to use the same email, you must first request your email to be removed.  here's the instructions of how to have the login removed:

Please send an email to MSTech@mediasignage.com requesting to have the email changed. Make sure you also include your login and password as a proof that the account is yours. Take note that the new email you are nominating should not exist on the database, meaning it has not been used as a user account yet.  Before you send in your request, please go to the login page to generate a password using our Forget Password facility and send us the system generated password instead.

Please note that the request will be processed in a queue so there will be a wait time and we don't have any ETA on this.
