Title: Total outage on all accounts

Anyone notice that all their menus/monitors went out (black)
It happened on many accounts with me, so the issue must be on the server side of things.
Let me know.

I can confirm we are experiencing the same issue at 5 of our 7 locations.

Same here, multiple locations experienced a black screen with Server status: Not Connected
Server is back now, but service seams to be slower!

An explanation from DigitalSignage.com would be appreciated

This issue started on Dec5 and I just checked my network and some accounts are offline (seems like accounts connected to the Neptune server) and all of my other accounts are experiencing an extreme slowdown.  Got on Chat with MS over the past few days and they are aware of the problem but have not given any specifics of what the problem is or when they will have it resolved.  The MS system and applications have been rock solid in terms of uptime over the past 5 years but I am not sure what is happening now...

As an update, just tried saving some changes on one of my accounts on the Pluto server and the application just locks up...

Looks like most of our accounts are back online now and operational now.  We still have accounts on the Neptune server that are offline.

Correction on my last post...Not all of the functionality has been restored on the accounts that are working.  We tried creating a new account and kept getting the "create account fail" error message so not sure what other functionality is not working.

Our servers has been under a denial of service (DOS) attack since mid Friday and we are struggling to contain the attack as there are multiple servers being simultaneously attacked. As of currently, the devs have put up measures to at least minimize the impact of the attack and are slowly bringing the servers up one by one. Rest assured that the devs are doing their utmost best to address this issue and we apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.

all account should now be up and running so if your customer is having issues logging in or stations does not restart correctly (even if after manually rebooting), please join us on chat for quicker response and to be able to troubleshoot the issue better
