Title: WFS a simple Studio Lite
Post by: Gert on February 18, 2017, 02:49:51 AM
Most of our customers are finding the Studio Pro or Lite still too complicated.
We’ve created a new simple Cloudbased CMS connected to MediaSignage services: WFS !

Now eevery customer can add images or video’s on screens; just invite someone to send an image/video/text,
and they will get access to WFS. Optional an approver (the owner) can approve or decline.
When a user is owner of screen(s) he can put directly image/video by drag and drop.

The system is rolebased (user, owner, approver, administrator) and really simple to use
Can be used for 1 screen until > 100 screens
Resellers can create own accounts in white labeled system.
Specifications:
•   Simple interface ; anyone understands it without any manual!
•   Fully automated workflow with email and indicators
•   Auto update of screens – no restart
•   Drag and drop content on many screens at once
•   Schedule information; after the end-date has been reached the information automatically will disappear
•   Live monitoring of screens
•   Notification when screen(s) are down
•   White labeling
•   Manage accounts
•   Create your own templates for every customer in the Media-Signage studio
•   Used with an Media Signage Enterprise account
•   Advertisement channels integrated in Screen channels (great for advertisors)
•   Hosted on your own (web)server or our servers
