Title: NaN Instead of Temps Below Zero
Post by: Billn on February 17, 2015, 06:36:54 AM
Is everyone else using the weather component seeing NaN for temps below zero? Any work arounds? I'm told it's a problem with the weather.gov feed, so I'm also wondering if anyone out there has built their own weather component using something other than Weather.gov as the source? Appreciate any insights.

I also get NaN when temps are below zero.  We need a fix for this.

Agreed - I've seen this across the US.

Please advise.

Same here.  What's odd, the current temp today showed as a negative number... but the forecast with negative numbers show NaN.    Looks unprofessional, we need a fix.

Same here. Admin did post a screenshot somewhere in another thread of it working properly on their side. Apparently that's supposed to prove that we are the ones at fault and they are blameless.

it just means we were not able to reproduce the issue. if and when it happens again, please post the zip used so we will try again.

It's happening right now for us in our 4 day forecast...  Tomorrow and Friday's lows are below zero, showing as NaN.   Zip code is 48335.
