Title: display custom html with transparent background
Post by: ShowIT Media on November 14, 2013, 03:53:17 AM
Hi,

I don't know if this is posible...

I have some html content that I want to display in a campaign, but I but want the default white background that is displayed in the HTML5 Component, but I want the background to be transparent so that the actual content will flow better in the signage presentation and not look like something that is placed as a clumsy box onto of the screen.

Hope I make sence.

If this is already posible, can someone point me in the direction of the solution?

kind regards,
Jonas

Cannot be done. Think of the HTML component as being shown via a browser. Though the image itself may have transparent properties, what you are seeing in the background is the container (the browser) itself. This cannot be made transparent. At least this is how it has been explained to me in the past.

This would be an awesome feature! I was just trying it out. Please find a way to make it work.
