Title: Resource Uploads

Hi,
I'm having a problem with signage studio when I try to upload from local.

The upload progress bar gets to 100% and then I get the error:

Internal Error
Error was sent to server for further investigation.
Sorry for the inconvenience

Submit to the server Fail


After this the file is listed in the directory, though still has the normal message saying cant be displayed until saved to server.

The if I close signage studio and re-open it does not remember my username & password and I have to re-enter them and the problem repeats.


Hope thats all easy to understand, and any help is greatly appreciated.

So I can test it out and see the issue...

Hi Tom,
I just remembered... Can you make sure that the file name of the file you are uploading is simple.
In other words, has only English ascii characters and no spaces, I think that may be the issue...

Hi,

Keeping it simple seems to have done the trick, was using filenames with spaces and &'s. Take them out and it seems to be working fine.
