Title: mediaDROID ADZ16 doesn't work with SHARP TV

I have just started with my digital display project. I have purchased the mediaDROID pro and have an older (maybe 6 years old) SHARP LC-70LE650U TV.  When I connect the mediaDROID to the TV, I can tell the TV sees something is connected, but the screen is just black. This is the same whether I have the HDMI cable in port 1, 2, 3, or 4. I have tried different resolutions on the mediaDROID.

I have connected the mediaDROID to my computer's monitor and it works. I have connected the mediaDROID to an older projector, and it works.

The manual for the TV says that it has a 120hz refresh rate, which I cannot find a way to lower. The mediaDROID is saying 1080p60hz for the resolution/refresh rate.

Any ideas as to what else we can look at?

it would be best if you can call the manufacturer of your TV for support. in the SHARP LC-70LE650U manual, it says it should be able to support PC input in HDMI 1 port and it also mentions that you can attach DVD and Blueray players.  their support may have better experience with their TV model with various devices
