He did use Builder Anoop. Because he is using data of sorts, it appears that Trust must be enabled and not 3rd party. the SDK is correct.  @Regener8, can you send me the project so I can have a look? If you are access data or a webservice, you will need to enable trust. I do this for my real estate clients so it accesses the database.

Go to resources and select the swf. On the right I the column, you will see the selections. Choose and save. Try that. Email me the swf if you want me to try.

Well, best size would be what ever your screen size is. Just match it. You could also build a swf for your slideshow and have them as vector graphics allowing it to scale if you have different screens. Photos cannot do this.

Did you ever figure out how to accomplish what you wanted?

Most good video cards will allow you to specify the orientation for each of your monitors, so for instance my Nvidia card I can tell it to have Monitor "A" be landscape and Monitor "B" be portrait. Some screens will automatically tell windows to make the change for you if you were to rotate it.

Do you know what SDK you were/are using? Using 4.6 works without issue.

I just tried it with adding the external swf component and it works when played in a player. I have not been able to get it to work in the browser component. Are you trying to get it to work directly on the timeline/scene without the use of a component? did you select "trust content" when you saved it and did you try selecting "3rd party swf" when saving as well?

How did you make the SWF? You may have to check "Trust Content" in the resources section and Save. Without knowing how it was made or what it does, it is very hard to give advice.

I have not tried that with this, but yes, two different screen divisions and one player, assuming you are doing a video wall effect, should do the trick assuming you are using a windows player.

go to the home page of MS and at the top is a login button. Once you submit your credentials, you will be prompted with a choice.

Try loading up in the web version if you can and remove the Font_Aerial.swf then delete the studio Cache. See if that helps.

Have you tried clearing the Cache? And what happens when you try with the web version assuming you are using the pro version.

The browser component will always be on top

Ok, but it still baffils me that when you were offered help by several others and I was even going to offer a non cloud solution for you, you would just give up. Please have your boss contact me and I would be happy to provide my services to get them what they are looking for.

Again, I said to contact me so I can help.

Can you send me an email with the exact steps you are doing along with your test SWFs and Project files? I am on Holiday right now but when I get back, I would like to see what you are experiencing to see if I am able to get the same result.

Please email me directly and I should be able to help. I am on holiday right now but will attempt to assist while I between sitting at the beach and other things.
