Studio (Legacy / SignStudio) / Scene Editor Problem

Using the Legacy Studio and all of a sudden it seems I can not create a scene.  I have watched the videos over and over and my screen does not look what is being presented.  It used to!!!  Tried importing a global scene and I keep getting the same thing.  Am I doing something wrong all of a sudden.   All I get is a list of components making up the scene.  Want to send a screen shot of this but cant seem to figure out how to do that.  Am I in a different type of mode I need to switch to.  My old scenes all work but cant seem to edit or create a new one.

currently we only support Windows and Android devices only.  we will however expand support to other devices which includes devices using ChromeOS in the coming months

our HTML component is not HTML5 compliant therefore if your page extensively use deeply nested styles, it may not work. also it javascript engine is old.  its actually using the rendering engine of adobe air which we had been using as our base platform.

we will be updating the component as we have now moved away from adobe air.  we will be releasing the newer player before the end of the year and hopefully with the new HTML component with it

Hi, it's almost one year later. And I'm still struggling with this issue.
I do have the same issue on a windows 10 computer. allthough when using Chrome or Edge for that same link, it works fine.
So the Signageplayer is using a different web-engine? I would still love to find a solution for this.

may I ask when you plan to release the new version that will run on Google TV 11?

because of this, the TVs in the company do not work and it is a big problem for us.

Should we look for a competitive functional solution?

the current player app should work on Android 11. watchdog however will not.

we also will be releasing a new versionor the player later in the year.

for privacy, we cannot ask for your account's credentials as this is a public forum - that is why we ask you to join us on chat so we can troubleshoot the issue from there.

we are also unclear what seems to be going on with the device - are you not using the device as intended? was the unit purchased from us? are you trying to disable the registration wizard?

In this instance there is no campaign set up. We we trying to use the device to display a local ip address via google chrome

Hello, I have the same problem. everything worked for us on the old Philips TVs. Unfortunately, watchdog will not launch the signage player app on new platforms with Android TV 11. after installation reports the error "This app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly"

can you please help me and send the new watchdog for android tv 11?

Signage Watchdog only works till up to Android 9.  We will release a newer one on release of the new player
