i understand you are trying to use our Google components but its showing blocked - to use these components:

1. you need to enroll in our Enterprise subscription (a monthly paid subscription)
2. you need to enable the components on your Enterprise Dashboard

note however Windows 7 is quite old and has been discontinued - our service require updated site certificates which only Windows Update can provide

Er Infohjælper på en google platform hvor der bruges DigitalSigna software - men min skærme er "blocked" Rød skrift.

Er det noget med licenser (penge)? eller fordi jeg stadigvæk er på win7.

Was still experiencing the glitch and found that if I delete it from the web client and not the signage studio, it successfully deleted.

For security reason, stations whose Last Updated counter is higher than 43200 can be deleted. Note that the counter resets every 25hrs to 26hrs thus you have a 13hr window to delete the station.

If the condition above is met:
For Legacy Studio (Studio Pro), to delete, make sure to highlight the station, then click the Delete icon (circled-X) which marks the station for deletion. after marking all stations you want to delete, hit File | Save/Upload to permanently delete them.
 
For Sign Studio, click on Disconnect Player

Studio (Legacy / SignStudio) / Re: Scene Editor Problem

try deleting the cache folder then restart Legacy Studio. to do this
1. press Win+R to open the Run Command box
2. type %APPDATA% then press enter
3. you will be redirected to the roaming profile folder
4. on said folder, locate and delete ALL folders that start with SignageStudio - there are two of these
5. after deleting the folders, restart studio and try again

Studio (Legacy / SignStudio) / Scene Editor Problem

Using the Legacy Studio and all of a sudden it seems I can not create a scene.  I have watched the videos over and over and my screen does not look what is being presented.  It used to!!!  Tried importing a global scene and I keep getting the same thing.  Am I doing something wrong all of a sudden.   All I get is a list of components making up the scene.  Want to send a screen shot of this but cant seem to figure out how to do that.  Am I in a different type of mode I need to switch to.  My old scenes all work but cant seem to edit or create a new one.

currently we only support Windows and Android devices only.  we will however expand support to other devices which includes devices using ChromeOS in the coming months
