the recommended practice is to match the resolution of the image to the resolution of the screen division where the image will be assigned.  if your screen division is 1920x1080, the image should also have 1920x1080 resolution.

may we ask what version of the studio and player you are using?

can you check if google drive player's Display Mode property is set to Manual if you plan to play only 1 image.

best regards

note that it is our cloud server fetching the image so if you are looking for the public url to google drive's file, we do not have said field item on our component.

the field path representing the path to the image on our server is called "id" without the quotes and not File.

best regards

if you are referring to RSS or MRSS feeds, please use 2 separate common channel for each of the news feeds so that when the timeline ends and the feeds are not done yet, they will continue to where they have left off

i tried to work with your test campaign "New Campaign" I copied from you.  to simulate, i used my win 10 tablet running intel atom w/ 2gb memory to act as my player.  with that, i was able to successfully send curl to my player.  i did try doing a Save/Upload the player - i even did try changing a campaign, but still curl responded.

can you try to set the timeout on your curl command? ex. curl --max-time 3000
