We use Google sheets component to pull the data. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks.

We are not getting data through Google sheets either, seems to be the Google API update causing the issue. May I know what other method you are using to make it work? Thanks.

SignageStudio / Start Time stamp under Stations module

We were wondering what that "Start" time stamp refers to under "Stations" in Signage Studio. Should we be monitoring it?. It's not station start time.

SignageStudio / Integration with Micros POS
« on: May 28, 2015, 01:46:23 PM »

Does any one have the experience on how to integrate Media Signage with Point of Sale (POS) system, specifically Micros POS? When the price is changed on the POS the digital menu price should also change and when the item is deleted from the POS the same item should be deleted from the menu board as well. Thanks.

Can you let me know what processor (i3, i5 or i7) you are using with AIM suite and Signage Player on the same machine?  Thanks

Did you made the interactive application in flash or you are using the images in the scenes?

Yes, its a VisionTek. I will keep you posted our experience with this custom system. Thanks.

We will have 3 Radeon HD 5570 graphic cards and each has 4 DVI outputs, total of 12 outputs but we will be using 9 outputs for 3x3 wall. Thanks.

Well we are not going to use a video wall splitter to bleed the content across the 9 screens, we will actually use HDMI outputs which will play individual content from time to time or perhaps one big animation from one single powerful computer. Do you think this should work fine? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi, we are working on a project for a 3x3 video wall and below is the hardware configuration of the media player we are going to use with media signage as our digital signage software, do you reckon its good enough to support a 3x3 video wall?

Mother board: micro Atx asus Rampage IV
RAM:  4 gb dimm, 2 of those
Processor: intel core i7 3.6 ghz
Hard Drive: 250gb SATA
Operating System: Windows POS ready 7 64bit
Graphics: Radeon HD 5570 - 1 GB DDR3, 3 OF THOSE

Any suggestions about the hardware and experienced feedback  with 3x3 video walls with reference to media signage would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for suggestion, I did tried new blank campaign with one channel and when I double click the Webcam component the Studio will crash, I used to get the video feed preview in the previous 4.1 version. I guess I will remove and reinstall signage studio.

We are using the desktop version of the studio. We have not published to the desktop player, we add the component to the channel and double click this will crash the studio.
