Great Software unfortunately your programming is preventing output to PHP from any Flash SWF form. This is one of the most important areas to be addressed for any touchscreen system. I have had no direction or response to this issue. As a result we had to go with another service provider's system that didn't have this issue, where "The Digital Signage" system was actually preferred by the client.

Report bugs and errors / Flash Form Errors on DigitalSignage Platform
« on: January 24, 2016, 11:11:05 PM »
Hi All

A great solution to this problem is to use a standard webpage form HTML within the Digital Signage platform.
Unfortunately the person I am creating this for wants it within the Flash SWF to communicate with an external PHP script (all hosted on the Digital Signage Platform)
>> The Swf works perfectly and sends to mail when activated outside of the Digital Signage Platform
>> Flash Components bounce all around the screen on the Digital Signage Platform, got around this by creating my own with (input text boxes).
>> Inside Digital Signage Platform when the SWF form is filled out then submitted data isn't being sent to the PHP file online therefore no mail is sent.

If anyone can give a recommendation for a solution I will be eternally grateful >> be it ASP, PHP or WAMP

HELP
Thank you :)
Regards
Colin

Report bugs and errors / SWF - NO INTERACTION TOUCHSCREEN
« on: October 13, 2015, 05:42:06 AM »
Hi All

Incredible Software.. Unfortunately one of the main functions I needed was for Flash SWF Files to work for touch-screen interactivity.
Everything seems to load perfectly... but whenever buttons are clicked on my SWF nothing happens.
Original SWF runs perfectly... Tested both standard SWF and AIR formats.

Hope that your guys can offer a solution to me. We are looking at implementing a national rollout with your software.

I have tested in webview and the player as well and this still doesn't work.

Please let me know. I have been using Actionscript 3 to code.  :o

Kind Regards,

Colin
