Title: Auto Rewind for video objects
Post by: mediaboy on November 20, 2013, 08:40:38 AM
I'm not sure the extent of this, but I know it certainly affects mediaDROID users. When Auto Rewind is enabled for video objects it causes playback to misbehave (i.e. videos not sized correctly, playing strange ect.)

In the instances when we've had video playback issues, support's response has been 'disable Auto Rewind' – which always fixes it :)

Could this state be disabled by default, or there be a timeline/global preference?

you can disable the auto rewind...
Channel > properties
as well as Timeline > selected Video > properties

Hi admin,

Thanks for getting back to me. Timeline > selected Video > properties is where we normally change it, but it's a discipline to remember to select and uncheck the box.

Can't seem to see the option within Channel > properties – it only displays the following properties: name, color, random order, repeat to fit, respect content length. That would be easier if we could manage on a channel level. Am I missing something?

Well.

I have just received information from the beta release 4.15. I'm happy for this news!
But the question remained: you added the transitions and fixed this problem of exchange between the videos that this topic refers? This is much more important, in my view. It would be very helpful to fix this problem before proceeding. It was repaired?
