Yes you are right about auto start after power outage. It does need to be powered up manually.

I am using CYCLONE portable Windows mini PC Dongle 2016 version and it runs smooth.
It has full windows 10 OS, 2GB RAM, 32GB Storage & Quad Core CPU.

It does run bit HOT and there is even bigger version available which I'm also testing and it has same specification as the dongle but runs bit cooler.

In my opinion and experience they are 200% better then any Android device out there because they behave & run like full PC because they have Full Windows 10 OS.

When you create new screen type and then click on add button and screen wizard pops up where you input width and height of screen, in version 2 you could input 9000x6000 and it use to accept it.
I use to create it all the time.
I even remember creating embedded HTML file with width over 4096 to test multiple screens and had to scroll left and right on browser bottom bar to see all screens.
Now it auto corrects to 4096. This wasn't always there.
There were issues with transparency on multiple screens if you went over 3840 pixels but I overcame that problem by creating scenes 1920x1080 each and I had to create 4 of these scenes for each screen. I had screen template 7680x1080 with 4 divisions 1920x1080 each. 4 Channels assigned to each division and each scene playing in each channel.
I just wish I had recorded video of it back then to prove myself.

I was able to create screen type of 7680x1080 in previous versions before 4096x4096 limitation was introduced.
I had 4 1920x1080 divisions inside 7680x1080. I remember there was problems with that size but I overcome that by creating 4x 1920x1080 scenes and assigned each to each division and all worked perfect until upgraded & 4096x4096 limitations were introduced.
I know what I am talking about I WAS one of the original enterprise subscriber of Media Signage and frequent helper on this forum.

So I have Screen setup as 3200x1080 and then 3x Screen Divisions
If you saying Studio 2 had limitation of 2048x2048 then How come I had 3200x1080 setup in Version 2?

NVIDIA has released new Graphics card which can output 8 Displays. But by using Signage Studio we are limited to 4096x4096.
I remember using signage studio 2.0 and it didn't have this 4096x4096 restrictions. I had campaign running 4 HD Screens at 7680x1080 back then but after the release of Signage Studio 3 I had to change it to 3840x2160.
But now the technology is getting cheaper and we are restricted by Signage Studio to use just 4 Full HD Screens.
In order to run 8 Displays we have to use two players each running 4 screens.
If this restriction was removed then we can use single player to power 8 screens.

Personally I have been avoiding Android platform, all the Android devices I have tested have been nightmare. I haven't tried the Android devices that you sell but I have tried others available on the market with very little success.

Hi, yes it might be limitation for the Air and only if you use 1 large screen bigger then 4096 wide. But it wasn't limitation for studio to create bigger screen then 4096. Only problem it had was the layers and transparencies. I was able to overcome this layers problem by creating single scenes for each screen size ad assigning it to each separate screen. By this I was able to create as many screens as my computer system could support. By using HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition I was able to drive 6 HD screens successfully but this is no longer possible because STUDIO has been locked to 4096 max screen.
Only thing you couldn't do was stretch image across multiple screens or have RSS feed scroll across screens other then that you could create full HD 1920x1080 screens as many as your system could support.

This is no longer possible because I am forced to have 4096.
By using previous method I was able to run 6 Screens at Full HD 11520 x 1080 Screen and 6 Divisions of 1920 x 1080 for fast food menu simple menu nothing demanding but Images & text were crisp clear.
With new limitation I am left scratching my head & no longer able to do what I wanting to do.
Can admin advice on what is alternative to achieving this.

Desktop Studio V.4.12.38
I am having problems with Scene Editor Saving work.
Can someone confirm if there is problem or is it just me.
Create new scene and if only 1 or 2 steps have been modified then it will save OK
but if scene has more steps modified say about 4 or 5 like add new component, change text, font size, color, and clock component is added then it will not save.

Hi, all confusing at first but don't worry we are here to help you every step of the way.
1st there are two software you need to know. Studio and Player.
Studio is used to design your presentation and this comes in desktop or web web versions. You have Studio installed on MAC and you have designed your presentation called Campaign.
Player is software you install on computer to play back your presentation. You have MediaDROID-85 which comes with Player pre-installed.
Both the Studio & Player use same login details your email & password you used to create account on mediacloud.
Now you have MediaDROID-85 connected to your TV/Display via HDMI cable right and you can see the Android OS screen on your TV/Display?
Have you configured the WiFi on MediaDROID-85?

It's very simple to play slideshow
1: Upload your Images to the SignageStudio
2: Create Campaign with channel assigned to the zone you want images to show
3: Drag images to this channel & set time for each image.
4: Save your work & Play
You don't need any components and special tricks.
