Hello
Have problem with digital signage player Windows version.
On player side when start player, showing black background and the floating windows where start, stop and other connection details.
This flouting window is blank, restarted computer and reinstalled software but stil showing that windows blank and now buttons.
Any advise?

Is this the first time you have used the player (starting up to register)? If it is, check your internet connection as the player may not be communicating with the DS servers. Check to see if your internet connection is active and if it is, check for local and network firewall rules that may be blocking the connection. If you have already registered the player, I would get on chat for assistance...

Yes, internet working on signage station.
It worked before well, but now showing this blank screen.
Any suggestions?

Until a few hours everything was ok, and active. I removed the player from my profile to add a new one, but when I start it I see what Sigange sent

I would get on with chat to see what might be causing the problem...

Problem solved by completely uninstall software, clear all records from registry that related to signage player, restart and install player again.

Still have same problem on other machine.
Even clearing cache not helping.
This happened after install latest update for the signageplayer.
Any one has sorted this issue?

I tried digital signage player, it worked great with my samsung tab 7" 2. When I tried the app with a Matricon gbox, the app failed to login and exited with no messages if you clicked login, or anything but the login textboxes.

are you using a mouse to click on the interface item? what player software version did you install on this box?
