our current standing is to release mediaCLOUD 6.0 which is due as alpha in April, once its in final release (figure 2 more months) we can sure open up to new customer feature requests.

Has custom fonts been added to the new release yet?

For several months now we've been experiencing an intermittent issue on all kinds of media players we have out on the field. Signage player starts up and goes to play the campaign and it displays is a black screen. As soon as you move the mouse you see the Show Panel button on the top left hand corner of the screen and can go into the panel and start and stop player. If you refresh player it sometimes will start playing content.

This is very frustrating as we have a lot of players out in the field and this seems to happen randomly on all kinds of different systems. Live support is never any help and I'm trying to permanently resolve this.

Our systems run Intel i3 processors with 4GB of RAM, they are powerful systems.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have some sort of resolution?

Have you got any solution for that? I faced that too a few days ago but as it was just a for fun experiment I didn't get the time to continue again but I'll do it as soon as it is possible.

Hi,

None of my Android players work offline, if there is no internet connection it will not work. How do i get this to work in offline mode.  Im running Android 6 and the latest signage player and watchdog.
