General discussion on the mediaSERVER / mediaServer access issue when configured for public access via public IP

Hello There,
Greetings of the day!!!
Facing a typical problem, hope someone would have come across the same.
Signage Studio Pro within local intranet access is no issue - i do get proper login screen and successfully able to login. The same when tried over public IP address rather than showing login screen for StudioSignage the application popup message window
