SignagePlayer / Android Signage Controller

Why publishing an application in google play incomplete? Without the signage controller  the signage player is not complete, there is no use, can not be ensure remote administration, have not thought of releasing the signage controller in order to be installed on any android device.

enable loading of a separate language file, because for example the translation into Spanish is terrible
