I'm thinking about become a white brand reseller, but reading the reseller page, has a item that says that even the free user to subscribe on my reseller "number" I need do pay for that ?

Example :

If someone subscribe and choose the free option I'll pay for that right ?

Of course not...
You only "pay" for customers that subscribe ( pay for the service ) and you get a good % of that....
