Advertising Engine Status?

Hi.  I've been waiting patiently/anxiously for the promised Advertising Engine.  Do you have a new ETA and can you describe so of its features?

The Ad engine will be released to both the mediaCLOUD and mediaSERVER this coming March.
It will be worth the wait ;)
