Help adding twitter stream
« on: January 14, 2011, 01:30:21 PM »
Hey all,
I need some help implementing a twitter stream to my player. I am currently running a simple presentation of rotating jpegs split top and bottom into two screen divisions. I would like to add a third division that would run a stream of a twitter search, so that when people use a certain hashtag or buzzword, my rss will pick it up. Is this possible? And if so, how do i do it?
Thanks!

Use the custom RSS News and point to the Twitter feed. I never tried it but was reported that some customers do use that method...

Regards,

Eric.

I use a Twitter widget that I embed at the top-left of a web page and then use the MediaSignage HTML component to access the web page.  Super easy!
