save (upload)
« on: February 12, 2009, 08:12:52 AM »
when trying to save (upload) my resources, I get the following error:

"Error was sent to mediasignage.com for further investigation.
sorry for the inconvenience

Submit to the server fail"

This problem started Tuesday afternoon.  Also, when I link to the weather player, there is nothing displayed.  Is there only a select Ip codes that can be entered?  My zip is 35968.

Thanks

Hello,
We do have an issue that if one of the media files ( flash, flv, images ) has an aphostrophy you will get a "Save" error.

Please make sure none of your uploaded files have an aphostrophy.

Let me know if this helped,

regards,

Sean - MediaSignage.com

I've been having a hard time too, uploading files to the server. I get the same error message. Is there a setting that I'm missing?

Our customer got the same problem. When integrating the Flash-File into campaign, he gets exactly the error message described when trying to upload. Is there already a solution or do I have to E-Mail login to admin?

I got this today also, when I tried to upload multiple files at once. It didn't happen when I uploaded single files. I'm not sure that I can reproduce it though.
