FasterQ : send email/sms notifications

 Q1) FasterQ has the option to send a notification when a certain number of people are ahead of you and the number of people is adjustable per queue
in the BackOffice but unfortunately this option is not functional for the moment , Why?
Q2) FasterQ has the option to send a  notification saying you are next in the queue but this option is not functional , why?

I am having this same issue. The Print, QR and email works for me, but the SMS notification is not working. I am located in Guyana, South America.

In addition, a record is added to the queue although the user does not receive the SMS.

the sms gateway is set for US only. therefore this feature is not available in your country.

we have to check the code for the email portion but for the SMS, as mentioned above, this feature is for US only.  at the moment though, development for Studio Lite has been halted as we are focused more on the next version of the platform called Sign Studio which combines all features from Pro and Lite but using purely web interface. we will review the email feature again on testing.
