Signage Player Android App Not Showing Images and Video on Android OS 7.1.2

Hi Everyone,
Can someone help me? I got an Android TV Box with OS ver 7.1.2. I install signage player app 6.1.8. But any campaign not showing any images or video except the TXT. I tried the signage player app 5.0 and 6.3 as well. Can anyone help me with this matter?
