I am using StudioProMac and SignageStudioPro. In either of those applications, when I upload any SWF file today, on any account, it will only show up as a broken image link icon in the resource preview. And, it will only show as a blank/black screen when I play the resource on any timeline on any account. I have been using this for years and producing all my SWF files using Adobe Flash and now Adobe Animate. Just yesterday I was uploading files and had them all working fine. Today, SignageStudio does not seem to recognize or playback any of the files I upload to any account. As a test to troubleshoot the issue I even tried re-uploading the same files I uploaded yesterday to multiple accounts and had seen playback just fine. However, when I upload them today, none of them work in either SignageStudioPro or StudioProMac on any account. It is very strange as I can still playback the exact same files I uploaded before today on any timeline. However, anything I upload today, even the same files from before now do not work.
I suspect there is something happening in the upload/saving process to the digitalsignage server. However, I have never seen this happen before in all the years I have been working with SignageStudio, and i am now totally stuck without being able to update or add any content whatsoever. Any ideas?
