How to migrate from Enterprise to Free account

Hello, I have an Enterprise account and I need to move some customers from Enterprise to Free account. Can you help me how can migrate the solution implemented?

Please send an email to MSTech@mediasignage.com requesting to have Subaccounts converted to Free Account.  Send the request together with the following info:

Requestor's Reseller ID:
Last 4 digit of the card used:
Business IDs to convert to Free:

Make sure that each Subaccount only has one user login using a valid email.  You must send the request thru the registered email specified in the Account's Billing Info.  Note that if the above information is incomplete, the request will be disregarded.
