Weather Add for Version 6.3.26

Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a step by step video tutorial out there for this version of DigitalSignange 6.3.26 . The one they have on the Tutorial is very out dated and is no help in this version. Does someone know the Step by Step instructions on how to add the Weather to my Current timeline. I even tried the chat and they were no help at all, Instead of giving me a step by step instruction he just said it was similar to the tutorial, but actually it is not even close. Would someone please help me, I am very new to this program.

for version 6.x, weather player has been dropped however you can use world weather component.
