World Weather Scene Question: Graphics Refreshing Every three seconds

Does anyone know how to prevent the weather graphics from "refreshing" every three seconds on the World Weather scenes? The graphics of the sun and clouds appear, then disappear, then re-appear every three seconds or so. They are the JSON item graphics.

in the JSON section of the properties, set it to manual (as opposed to slideshow)

The display mode is already set to manual under properties>general. I am using version 6.2.22 of Studio if that has anything to do with the software ignoring the Display mode. Also, the "random" option is unchecked.

Updated StudioPro to 6.4.3 & latest Adobe Air and the Display Mode is still not being recognized. Is there a setting in the JSON item itself in scene editor I can adjust to stop the animation?
