Function to automatically fill in blank spaces in timelines

A function to close up blank spaces in timelines created when deleting a resource.  Currently it has to be manually done by dragging resources over one at a time to fill in the blanks.

in studio, there is a toolbar button called Remove Spacing - what is it compresses the items in the channel so that spaces are removed. to use this button, select the channel which you want the spaces removed then click the toolbar button.

Currently I'm exploring how to use fields, and a good start would be to get what values do the build-in field intesities have. But there is no GetFieldCell function to read that We already have SetFieldCell for setting fields, which is great, but why not GetFieldCell?
