Are you aware of any example reseller agreements/contracts that resellers are using with their customers, (beyond the EULA)? Looking to include such items as: additional limits of liability, contract terms, scope of additional services to be provided, SLA's, etc. Any examples of what others are using would be helpful, (even though the business model might be different.)
