Json player scrollbar hard to use
« on: June 26, 2019, 09:07:49 AM »
The scrollbar on a json list works erratically.  Once in a while it reacts right away when you touch and start to drag it.  Usually you need to try several times before it starts working.  Users report that it is too small to touch (even on a 55 inch screen?).  I think they just have trouble getting it to activate, but it would be nice to be able to change the size of it.  Being able to change  the shape and color would also be nice.

the list only works with scrollbar if you are using the desktop theme - if you use a mobile theme, the list itself can be dragged to scroll.  the theme also allows you to change the color - currently however, theme customization is not available but will having said feature in the future release.

if you are referring to some delay during scroll, this may happen if the list is attempting to load items to populate the list.  note that not all items are instantiated all at once - the more complex the scene (in terms of number of fields and field type), the more apparent the delay

try using mobile theme first to see if it has more to do with the interface or not

best regards

Thank you
The mobile themes scroll very nicely.  We look forward to the customization features in the coming release.  There  does appear to be a problem with the desktop themes.
