Hello signage friends. :-)

I have 3 android players all running android 9 and using the beta player app listed here in the forums. 
2 of the 3 right now have lost connection to the server.  This has been happening a lot.

So in my signage studio they are red and I can not reboot them or anything.   

When I go onsite the android boxes are pingable and online.   But the player app is not connecting.   
What could be causing this issue?

make sure that all power saving/sleep functions has been disabled on your device.  are you using wifi?

studio gets status of the player from the server and commands are sent to the server and in turn sent to the player so if the player shows red, then we cannot send commands to the player as RED indicates that the player is not connected to the server.

it would be best that you join us on chat http://chat.digitalsignage.com while you are on site so we can troubleshoot the issue better.  this looks like a firewall issue
